    1. Who you are contracting with

    These Terms & Conditions form a binding agreement between you and Venue Match AI (the "Seller", "we", "us"), in relation to the venue matchmaking service made available at this site (the "Service").

    2. Acceptance

    By accessing, using, or paying for the Service you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind that organisation. If you are using the Service as an individual, you confirm you are of legal age in your country.

    3. The Service

    Venue Match AI generates curated wedding venue recommendations based on the enquiry details you provide. The recommendations are informational and do not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice.

    4. Acceptable use

    You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:

    • use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose;
    • send spam, infringe intellectual property, or transmit malicious code;
    • probe, scan, scrape, or interfere with the security or integrity of the Service;
    • reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service except as permitted by law.

    5. Account information

    You are responsible for keeping any login credentials confidential and for activity under your account, and for providing accurate information and keeping it up to date.

    6. Intellectual property

    The Service, including its software, content, branding, and documentation, is owned by Venue Match AI or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. All other rights are reserved.

    7. Pricing

    The Service is currently provided free of charge, including venue matching and the full report download. We do not collect payments or operate subscriptions. If paid features are introduced in future, prices and payment terms will be shown clearly before you are charged. See our Refund Policy.

    8. Service availability

    We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that recommendations will always be available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

    9. Suspension and termination

    We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, present a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete associated data after a reasonable period.

    10. Limitation of liability

    To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service will not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

    11. Governing law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Venue Match AI is established, and disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence apply.

    12. Changes

    We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate.
